Every scented product is handmade and poured by us, so we ask all of our customers to allow for 5-7 working days for their product to be made. It may be that the product you've ordered has recently been made, so in some instances we are able to ship your order the very next day! After this, standard shipping times apply.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where Luna Candles is considered at fault, within 30 days of purchase.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the date received.
This must be done in writing so please email hello@luna-candles.co.uk and then return the goods within 14 days.
You must pay for their return, this will be refunded if the goods are faulty. See below re damaged goods.
To be eligible for a full refund, which includes delivery charges, the goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions supplied with each purchase. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience.
